Hotshot on this site means a dedicated road vehicle for urgent freight, not a general linehaul trailer. The rate card has a base fee, a per-kilometre charge and a minimum. It is a selling model for testing and launch, not a buy-rate from a carrier.
Tolls, a return trip, accommodation and the carrier’s actual quote are added when they apply. Until those are recorded, you can request the job but you cannot pay a confirmed price.
