Terms of service

These terms apply to delivery requests lodged with the operator of this website. A request is an invitation for us to confirm whether we can carry the freight. It is not, by itself, a contract to deliver.

A contract for a particular job begins only when the booking status is confirmed and, where prepayment is required, payment has been verified. An indicative price on the calculator is not that contract.

You must give accurate addresses, contacts, weights, dimensions and a honest description of the goods. You must tell us about dangerous goods, fragile freight, and any site rule that affects loading.

Deadlines you enter are your requirements. They become part of the job only if we accept them in the booking. We do not guarantee a collection or delivery time that has not been accepted.

We may refuse freight that is prohibited, poorly packed, or impossible to move within the hours and vehicle you have asked for.

Payment is taken by the card or wallet provider configured for the site. We do not store raw card numbers. A payment link is issued only for a price we are prepared to honour.

The operator’s legal name, ABN and contact details are the values published in the site configuration. If an ABN is not shown, do not assume one.
