Privacy policy

We collect the names, phone numbers, email addresses and delivery details you submit so we can quote, carry and prove the delivery. We also store technical logs needed to keep the site reliable.

Payment card numbers are handled by the payment provider. We store the payment status, amount and provider reference.

Tracking links are secret. Do not forward a tracking link to anyone who should not see the booking. Booking numbers alone are not a way to open someone else’s job.

We use analytics and advertising tags only after you accept non-essential cookies. A phone-call or booking event is not reported as a sale unless the booking is actually accepted or paid.

Staff can see bookings they need for dispatch, pricing and accounts. Access is limited by role. Administrative actions are written to an audit log.

You can ask for access to the personal information attached to your email by using the account sign-in link. We will correct details that are wrong. We may refuse a request where the law allows us to, including where another person’s information is mixed in.

This policy is a working notice for the website. It is not a claim that a particular privacy certification has been awarded.
