How quickly can a driver collect?

There is no published collection guarantee. A collection window is shown only after a driver has actually been allocated. Until then the status is “awaiting availability confirmation”.

Can you collect overnight?

You can lodge an overnight or after-hours request at any time. Whether someone can collect depends on the address, the freight and whether a vehicle is free. Overnight is the type of request, not a promise of overnight delivery.

Can you deliver interstate?

Accepted Answer

Sydney to Melbourne, Sydney to Brisbane and Sydney to Adelaide can be requested as dedicated road freight. Other states, and any next-flight job, are quoted individually. Nothing interstate is accepted automatically.

Can I book without speaking to anyone?

Accepted Answer

You can finish the calculator and lodge a request without a call. You can pay online without a call only when the price is marked confirmed and a vehicle can do the job. Many urgent jobs still need a dispatcher to check the route or the carrier cost.

Question 5

How is the price calculated?

Accepted Answer

The server adds the base fee and the chargeable kilometres, lifts the result to the service minimum if needed, then adds extras such as stops, weight, a specialist vehicle, tolls or a public holiday. The browser does not set the amount you pay.

Is the quoted price guaranteed?

An indicative estimate is not guaranteed. A confirmed booking price is an authorised figure for the stated terms, and it expires. Traffic, weather, road closures and a carrier refusing the freight can still affect timing. They do not silently change a paid price; an exception is recorded instead.

Can I track my delivery?

Each request has a private tracking link. It shows the status customers are allowed to see. It does not show internal notes, carrier cost or the dispatch board.

Question 8

What goods cannot be transported?

Accepted Answer

Explosives, firearms, ammunition, illegal drugs, live animals, human remains, cash, hazardous waste and radioactive material cannot be booked here. Other dangerous goods are reviewed and are not accepted automatically.

Question 9

What happens if my deadline cannot be met?

Accepted Answer

Dispatch will decline the request or leave it unconfirmed. We do not take payment for a deadline that cannot be attempted on the stated terms. If a problem appears after acceptance, the booking is marked as an exception and you are told.

Question 10

Can businesses establish account billing?

Accepted Answer

You can apply for a business account, saved locations and purchase-order references. Monthly invoicing and credit terms stay off until an administrator approves them. A submitted application is not approval.
