Dedicated direct delivery means the vehicle is arranged for your freight rather than handed through a chain of depots. For Sydney work the metro or after-hours card is the starting point. Regional and interstate dedicated runs use the hotshot card.
Direct does not mean exclusive of traffic, tolls or a loading delay. Those show as separate lines when they are known, and they are not invented when they are not.

- Proof of delivery once the drop is recorded

- Extra stops are priced separately
- Specialist trucks are quoted, not assumed
