Freight exclusions

You cannot book explosives, firearms, ammunition, illegal drugs, live animals, human remains, cash or other negotiable instruments, hazardous waste, or radioactive material.

Other dangerous goods may be moved only with the right declaration and a transport arrangement that complies with the applicable rules. The website will not accept those jobs automatically.

Freight that does not fit any configured vehicle, or that needs a crane, escort or specialist restraint we have not agreed, is excluded until a custom quote says otherwise.

Poorly packed freight can be refused at pickup. You remain responsible for packing that suits the journey you have asked for.
