Deadlines and limitations

A deadline in the calculator is your requirement. We accept it only when the booking says so.

Estimates can be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, crashes, driver work and rest rules, airline cut-offs, security screening, and a carrier deciding not to take the freight. Those things are outside a promise we have not made.

If a deadline that was accepted cannot be met, we will record an exception and contact you. We will not send a “delivered” or “driver dispatched” message for an event that has not been recorded.
