Customer responsibilities

Provide a street address that a driver can find, a postcode, a contact who will answer, and any gate, dock or induction rule.

Have the freight packed, labelled and ready. Waiting time beyond the included minutes is chargeable when it was set out on the quote.

Declare dangerous goods and the value of high-value freight. Give a purchase order if your business needs one.

Do not ask a driver to do work that needs a licence, ticket or piece of equipment you have not arranged.
